By using the Sellorra mobile application, website (sellorra.com), or any related service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

- Delivery information: pickup and delivery addresses, recipient name, and phone number for each order.
- Payment information: transaction references processed via Paystack. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location data: real-time GPS location when you use the app, to enable live order tracking and match you with nearby riders.
- Device information: device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent in the app, and crash reports.
- Cookies and analytics: on our website, we use cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Process and fulfil delivery orders.
- Send order confirmations, updates, and real-time tracking notifications.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Improve, personalise, and develop our Services.
- Send promotional communications (where you have opted in).
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (NDPR)
Under Nigeria's National Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), we process your personal data on the following lawful bases:
- Contract performance: to fulfil delivery orders you place.
- Legitimate interests: to improve our services and prevent fraud.
- Consent: for marketing emails and push notifications, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable Nigerian law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Riders: delivery agents receive your pickup/drop-off address, contact phone number, and order details needed to complete your delivery.
- Paystack: our payment processor. See Paystack's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase (Google): for authentication, push notifications, and analytics.
- Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools, under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Delivery records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for legal and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Section 7).

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.

Under the NDPR and applicable law, you have the right to:

- Correction: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

- Lodge a complaint: with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) if you believe your rights have been violated.
