1. Check the item is allowed

Most everyday items can be sent, but illegal or dangerous goods cannot. Check the prohibited items list in our Terms & Conditions before you book.

2. Pack it properly

  • Use a sturdy box, padded envelope or waterproof bag
  • Wrap fragile items and fill empty space so nothing shifts
  • Seal the package well and keep small items together

3. Get the details right

Note the pickup and delivery addresses with a nearby landmark, and the name and phone number of both the sender and the receiver. Wrong details are the most common reason deliveries are delayed.

4. Book a dispatch rider

Use the Sellorra app, or message us on WhatsApp, to book a dispatch rider in Ibadan. Choose the parcel type and weight and review the price shown before confirming.

5. Pay and track

Pay from your wallet and share the tracking ID with the receiver. You can check progress at any time on the Sellorra tracker.

6. Confirm delivery

Once the receiver has the item, the order is marked delivered. If something is wrong, contact support straight away so we can help.
